Our luggage is already so full that we would like to know what we could buy in UB.

Here is a list of a few things:

commercial lightweight food (travellunch, Reiter etc)
spare batteries (AAA)
insulation tape (the grey strong one)
dried meat
sun lotion
toilet paper (don't laugh, we want to be sure)

With in walking distance from the central square on Peace road you will find the State Department Store. This is a western style department store. You will find all the items you have mentioned in that store. It has all the latest fashion and goods you will find in European department stores.

Thanks Dan! What a great job You do! We are planning to sell our horses (5)after our trip so if there are any others willing to take the risk we will be back in UB (or near) just about Naadam.
