			<description>I travelled in mongolia in the summer of 2008. After 2 months of going to the regular places I got the courage to head east into the unbeaten path. I definately recommend it - the people are very friendly and surprised to see tourists and you get a much more othentic experience. Also, it isn't difficult to get around as you would think.

There is a bus that leaves UB to Choibalsan. Takes about 12 hours and cost me 27,000 Tugrug. The bus station is a bit tricky to get to but you can ask around  ...</description>

Elections Sunday May 24th

The main event in May is the presidential elections on Sunday May 24th.

The Presidential Candidates are Ts.Elbegdorj, from the Democratic Party and N.Enkhbayar, from the MPRP (Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party).

			<description>After going to the &quot;Black market&quot; (Naaran-tuul zakh) I went to another market which is west of the center and is called Kharkhorin zakh. I liked it much better and didn't have to worry as much about pickpockets.

You can ask around about how to get there. I think buses 4 and 23 get there from the center on Peace road. You get off near the bridge which is crosses over the road (you will pass a big roundabout on the way). You pass the road on the bridge and the market is just there.
